These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services ("Services") operated by Flick Media Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using Flick TV, you agree to follow these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Acceptance: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Geographic Restriction: Our Services are available only within India and are not intended for use outside India.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your mobile number. You are responsible for:

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3a. Platform Content

Original productions and licensed third-party content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We or our licensors own all rights to this content.

Limited License: For this type of content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content Ratings: Content is classified with appropriate age ratings. Viewer discretion is advised, and parents should monitor content accessed by minors.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content except as expressly permitted.

3b. User Content:

By uploading videos, images, audio, or any other content ("User Content") to Flick TV, you grant Flick TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, display, and perform such content in connection with operating and promoting the service.

User Responsibilities:

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share User Content.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

You remain solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from its use.

Moderation & Removal: Flick TV reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or digital rights management (DRM)
  • Record, capture, or redistribute any content using external devices or software
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Coins

Subscription Plans: We offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium content. Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan.

Coins System: We offer a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be purchased and used to unlock specific content. Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We accept various payment methods including UPI and cards

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 3 days from the date of payment, provided no content has been watched. No other refunds or cancellations are permitted.

6. Fair Use and Account Sharing

Personal Use: Your account is for personal use only and may not be shared with others outside your immediate household.

Device Limits: You may access the Services on multiple devices, but simultaneous streaming may be limited based on your subscription plan.

Fair Use: Excessive usage patterns or suspicious activity may result in account restrictions or termination.

7. Service Availability and Technical Requirements

Service Provision: Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Technical Requirements: You are responsible for internet connectivity, compatible devices, and any associated costs.

Geographic Restrictions: Certain content may be restricted based on your location within India.

Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Content Moderation and Takedown

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may use automated systems and human review for content moderation.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and any unused subscription fees or Coins will be forfeited.

10. Privacy and Communications

Your use of Flick TV is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may send you service-related communications, promotional content, and updates via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

No Warranties: The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Content Accuracy: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

Service Interruptions: We are not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or content unavailability.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company licenses certain content developed by third parties ("Licensed Content"). Subject to the applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any such Licensed Content, including without limitation:

(i) any infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights of any person;

(ii) any misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libellous, disparaging, or obscene material; or

(iii) any claims arising from or relating to the infringement of any third-party rights in connection with the Licensed Content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any third-party rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

1. Objective

This policy outlines the procedure for addressing grievances related to the content, accessibility, or service of the Flick TV platform. It aims to ensure fair, transparent, and timely resolution of user and stakeholder complaints in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Grievance Categories

Grievances may include (but are not limited to):

5. Grievance Submission Mechanism

Submissions must include:

  • Name and contact details of the complainant
  • Detailed description of the grievance
  • Date and time of the issue (if applicable)
  • URL or title of the content in question (if relevant)
  • Any supporting evidence/screenshots

6. Redressal Process & Timelines

In case of complex issues requiring longer time, interim updates will be provided to the complainant.

7. Content Takedown Requests

If a grievance pertains to objectionable content:

  • It will be reviewed by our Content Review Committee
  • Content may be removed, blurred, age-restricted, or flagged as per legal or ethical guidelines
  • If applicable, escalation will be made to the Self-Regulatory Body or Ministry of Information & Broadcasting

8. Recordkeeping & Reporting

  • All grievances and actions taken shall be documented digitally and retained for a minimum of 3 years
  • Monthly and quarterly compliance reports will be maintained for internal audits
  • Reports will be submitted to the Ministry (if required)

9. Review of Policy

This policy will be reviewed every 12 months or in response to legal/regulatory updates. Any changes will be communicated publicly on the platform.
