Child Safety Standards

1. Introduction and Commitment
Flick TV (Love Coach by Flick TV) is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users and to preventing any form of child abuse or exploitation on our platform.
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, and predatory behavior.
2. Age Eligibility and Access Policy
Flick TV is intended only for users aged 16 years and above.
- By using Flick TV, users represent that they are 16 years of age or older and legally eligible to use the service.
- We do not require date-of-birth collection as part of standard account access.
- If we receive a credible report that an account belongs to a user under 16, we may restrict, suspend, or remove that account.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Flick TV:
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors
- Sexualization or fetishization of minors
- Sextortion, trafficking, or coercion involving minors
- Any attempt to solicit sexual images, videos, or conversations from minors
4. Enforcement and Platform Actions
When we detect or receive reports of violations, we may take one or more actions immediately:
- Remove content
- Restrict account features
- Permanently suspend or terminate accounts
- Preserve and share relevant evidence as required by law
- Report confirmed CSAM or credible threats to law enforcement and relevant authorities

Users can report harmful or suspicious content:
- In-app using the report feature
- By email to our child safety contact listed below
We prioritize urgent child safety reports and review them as quickly as possible.

7. Legal Compliance and Cooperation
Flick TV complies with applicable child protection and online safety laws. For confirmed CSAM and other severe child safety violations, we cooperate with relevant authorities and legal processes, including reporting to agencies such as NCMEC where applicable.

We continuously improve our moderation systems, safety workflows, and escalation protocols to better detect, prevent, and respond to harmful behavior.
